From October 26 to 28, Atlantic Area received three visiting region leaders. Eastern Region leaders Monica Bachmann and Koichi Paxton visited three cities in New Brunswick and Dwight Rudisuela visited Halifax.

The New Brunswick meetings in Grand Falls, Saint John and Moncton were a great success with practitioners and guests in high spirits. Three people officially joined SGI Canada at these meetings. In Halifax, the general meeting was a success as well despite the inclement weather. Two young people performed on violin and sang.

All three visiting leaders felt the sincerity and determination of the practitioners in the Atlantic provinces and praised the growth of kosen-rufu in that area.
